ATLANTA — Atlanta police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a man outside a home in northwest Atlanta last month.
Last month, officers were dispatched to a male shot at 245 Argus Circle where they found a male with a gunshot wound to his midsection lying in a front yard.

The victim, later identified as Qwantavius Nigee Harris, was transported to Grady Hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.

After police investigated the scene, they later identified their suspect on April 25 as 18-year-old Mekhi McKinney.
On Wednesday, police released body camera showing McKinney’s arrest last week.

McKinney has been charged with murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery.

He is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail.
