Ticketmaster came under intense fire earlier this week when millions of “verified fans” crashed the website while buying presale tickets.
The company’s “Verified Fan” program is intended to make sure people who want to go can get tickets and keep tickets out of scalpers’ hands.
On Friday, tickets for the tour were scheduled to go on sale for the general public.
It is unclear when more tickets will go on sale.
