Victims robbed at gunpoint while standing outside car at gas pump in SE Atlanta

ATLANTA — Atlanta police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who robbed a group back in November 2024.

Police say on Nov. 13, 2024, at 2:38 a.m., they responded to the Chevron Gas Station located at 580 McDonough Boulevard in southeast Atlanta in reference to a pedestrian robbery.

When police arrived, they learned from the victims who told them they were standing outside of their vehicle at a fuel pump when an unidentified man approached them on foot and demanded their belongings at gunpoint.

The victims gave up their items to the suspect, and he ran away from the scene on foot.

The suspect is believed to be a Black man, between 5-foot-3 or 5-feet-4 inches tall, wearing a black ski mask with black clothing.
