As they attempted to question the driver of the truck, identified as Calvin Bailey, officers said Bailey threw the truck in reverse, hit a patrol cruiser, then tried driving between a set of gas pumps to get away, hitting another car.
Officers were able to stop Bailey and removed him from the truck.
He has been charged with theft by receiving, fleeing and eluding, hit and run, and various other traffic violations.
