Walmart expands pharmacies offering COVID-19 vaccines to 60 locations in Georgia

ATLANTA — Walmart has expanded the number of stores that are offering COVID-19 vaccines in Georgia from 10 to 60 locations across the state.

Walmart announced last month they would offer vaccines to eligible people in Georgia in a handful of rural areas, but the chain is now offering vaccines in 14 locations in metro Atlanta, as well. Two metro Atlanta Sam’s Clubs are also offering vaccines.

People who sign up at Sam’s Club do not have to be members to be vaccinated.

Georgia is one of 22 states where Walmart is offering vaccine appointments. You must make an appointment in order to be vaccinated.
