Before midnight, the outage grew to 100 homes, three apartment complexes and two fire hydrants affected.
Watershed officials say their crews are currently at a standstill while awaiting the arrival of 811 Dig Services. Officials say they submitted their notification at 2:30 a.m. and crews have been waiting on a full utility location since then.

However, the area has yet to be marked. Because the area has not been marked, Watershed officials say it is “crucial that the area is accurately marked for buried utilities before we can proceed with the necessary repair work.”
According to Watershed officials, crews will be able to resume work once the utility location is complete.
