ATLANTA — With no winners in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions jackpot, all eyes now are on the Powerball drawing Wednesday night as players rush to stores across the metro for their chance at $730 million.
Even during the pandemic, and before this current run, the Georgia lottery has set records for sales.
Here are Wednesday night’s winning numbers: 53-60-40-68-69 and the Powerball is 22

“We feel like we have the best of both worlds in Georgia, with opportunity to enjoy this jackpot and to do it safely in our homes or at our retailers in a responsible fashion,” Georgia Lottery President Gretchen Corbin said.
If you were to win Wednesday night’s Powerball jackpot and took the cash option, you would walk away with $546 million.

The odds of winning the big prize are 1 in 292,201,338.
That massive jackpot is on top of the ever-growing Mega Millions jackpot, now $970 million, and could go even higher by Friday night’s drawing.
Powerball still holds the record for largest jackpot ever at $1.586 billion for a drawing held Jan. 13, 2016. Mega Millions had a $1.537 billion prize Oct. 23, 2018.
The biggest Mega Millions winner in Georgia history, $648 million in December 2013, was shared with someone from California.
Surprisingly, nobody from the state of Georgia has cashed in on any of the top 10 largest Powerball jackpots according to the Powerball corporation.
