Authorities issue Mattie’s Call for Clarksville man who suffers from short-term memory loss

HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga. — The Clarksville Police Department issued a Mattie’s Call for a man who disappeared this week.

Clarksville Police said they are looking for James Biran Whittum.

Authorities said they believe Whittum is possibly driving a silver 2018 Toyota Highlander with a Georgia Purple Heart License number WV912E.

It is unclear where Whittum was going in the vehicle.

Whittum suffers from dementia with short-term memory loss and diabetes.
