UPDATE: Woman who vanished from front porch found safe

WINDER, Ga. — UPDATE: She’s been found safe.

PREVIOUS STORY:

Police in Winder are searching for a woman they say disappeared from her front porch.

They say Heather Anne Shackelford, 44, hasn’t been seen since Friday evening around 5 p.m. at her home on Box Circle.

Police say she could be traveling on foot. They added that she doesn’t have a cellphone and could need help.

Shackelford is 5′7″ and approximately 160 pounds.

Anyone who knows where she might be should call 911 or investigators at 678-425-6849.
