BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies say a popular children’s candy is being laced with liquid narcotics.

The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office said they are investigating “PEZ” candies laced with the drugs.

Some of the candies have been sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigations Crime Lab for testing.

The sheriff’s office said there is no indication that the candies are being distributed to children, but people using the candies to disguise the drugs and fool law enforcement.
