COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Nearly three years have passed since former Braves manager Bobby Cox, 75, took his rightful place among baseball's all-time greats at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York.

However, he said the honor he received on Thursday ranks right up there with his enshrinement into the Hall.

The Braves honored the greatest manager in franchise history with his own statue just outside of the brand new SunTrust Park.
Cox had 2,504 managerial wins and 2,149 of them were won by the Atlanta Braves.
Cox also ranks NO. 4 in wins for Major League Baseball history.
Cox led the Braves to an unprecedented 14 consecutive division titles and guided the Braves team to the 1995 World Series Championship.
