Heads up drivers if you are traveling through Johns Creek Thursday. A busy intersection will be closed for most of the day because of a water main break.
Abbotts Bridge Road at Boles Road remains shut down in both directions after police closed it Wednesday evening around 5:30 p.m.

Johns Creek police said the road will be closed for at least 10 more hours as crews work to fix a water main break.
Bell Road, State Bridge Road and McGinnis Ferry Road are the alternates routes that drivers can consider.
