CARROLLTON, Ga. — Carroll County investigators have set up a tip line for new information in the case of a missing 16-year-old.
Kaylee Jones vanished on June 14 from Carroll County. The 16-year-old was last seen in the area of Whooping Creek Church Road in Carrollton.

Family members are concerned that Jones may be with someone who she met online. The sheriff’s office said the family moved to Carrollton from Florida a year ago.
Deputies say they have been following many leads but they have come up empty.
“We are closely collaborating with the FBI daily and working in concert with law enforcement jurisdictions throughout the nation. Someone knows something, and we have set up a tip line dedicated to anonymous tips. So if you do know something but are afraid to come forward, please reach out at 770-830-5942 and remain anonymous.”

Jones has brown hair and brown eyes. She is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds.
The sheriff’s office said it’s possible Jones is carrying a blue backpack with a picture of a horse on the front.
Jones could be going by her birthname Jillian Paige Temple.
