Triple Team Traffic’s Mike Shields first reported on the crash at 5:40 a.m. on Channel 2 Action News This Morning. The lanes reopened just before 10 a.m.
Troopers said everything started when the first tractor-trailer improperly changed lanes in front of the Toyota.
The lane change caused the Toyota to hit the back of the tractor-trailer, which went into another lane and hit a second tractor-trailer.
