CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — A man who had just adopted a kitten pulled into a Cherokee County fire station reporting the kitten had scurried up the dash of the vehicle and wouldn’t come out.

Cherokee fire officials identified the man who came into Station 7 on Thursday with a kitten stuck in the dash of his car.
Fire officials were able to hear the kitten but they couldn’t see it.
Eventually, thanks to some tools the kitten was located and rescued.

Station 7 created a safe travel box for the kitten to be transported safely.
Sanchez decided to name the kitten “Dash” due to this ordeal.
