CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — A pair of Cherokee County emergency responders when above and beyond after responding to a car wreck Tuesday afternoon.
Cherokee Fire’s Engine 3 said it learned after responding to the wreck, that the driver was delivering groceries when the crash happened.

After everything was taken care of “FAO Matt Perry and Sheriff Frank Reynolds stepped into action by delivering the groceries to the intended destination,” Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services said in a post on Facebook.
The post showed one of the men bringing the groceries onto the homeowner’s front porch.
As the Facebook post said, “Great work by all involved.”
