Kitten rescued from engine compartment available for adoption

CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — A kitten that was recently rescued from the engine compartment of a vehicle is up for adoption.

“Trucker” was safely retrieved from the vehicle at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton.

Trucker is now available to adopt from the Cherokee County Animal Shelter.

The shelter also has 10 dogs, 9 cats (other than Trucker), two guinea pigs, and even a 5-month-old Flemish Giant rabbit up for adoption.
