CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — A former employee is now behind bars after he allegedly broke into a business New Year’s morning.

Clayton County officers were called to the 4300 block of International Parkway just after 11:30 a.m. about a burglary in process.
According to authorities, Demario Fann, 23, was using a forklift to break into one of the businesses in the area.

During the investigation, officers learned that Fann was a former employee that was fired from one of the businesses in the area.
He tried to run away but was arrested shortly after.
Officials did not release the company’s name Fann used to work for.
