CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Clayton County Police Department is investigating after a Georgia Aquarium’s RV caught fire while headed to a school visit.

According to Clayton County officials, police were called to a vehicle fire on I-285 EB near Riverdale Road early Wednesday morning.
Once crews arrived, they discovered the aquarium’s educational RV was on fire.
An aquarium spokesperson said the RV was headed to an interactive school visit in Clayton County. The RV is a mobile classroom.

Authorities said the driver was able to pull over, and no one was on the bus or sustained any injuries. No animals were on board.
Officials are working to learn what caused the fire.
