CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — If you love baby back ribs, don’t expect to find them on one restaurant’s menu.
Jim ‘N Nicks BBQ restaurant in Smyrna posted a sign outside saying that they aren’t happy about it, but for now, no ribs.
They are not alone.
Channel 2′s Tom Jones was in Clayton County, where restaurant owners are acing challenges as well.

The owner of the Nouveau Bar and Grill in Jonesboro said she had a tough time getting food deliveries or enough of what she needs.
“There are times when we order 20 cases of chicken and maybe get like three or four cases of chicken,” Ebony Austin said. “The vendors don’t even have drivers at this point. The sales reps are driving the cars to get to the supply.”
Austin said was told the supply chain issues won’t be resolved for at least another year.

Jones went by another restaurant, where customers wondered how a barbecue restaurant could not have baby back ribs.
“I don’t know how we’re going to end it,” customer Janet Hammonds said. “I don’t know how to solve this problem because we see it everywhere.”
Cathy Crawford said she found at least one positive thing about Jim ‘N Nicks taking the ribs off the menu.
“While they don’t have baby back ribs, I have found out they have the best sliced turkey in the world,” Crawford said.
