CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police say a student at Clayton State University was shot Saturday morning.
Campus officials said four people were visiting Laker Hall around 10:30 a.m. when one of them fired a gun, striking the student.
The student was taken to the hospital. The victim’s identity and condition have not been released.

The suspects sped away from the campus, police said.
University Police have called are working with the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to try to find the suspects.
Police have not given a description of the vehicle or the people involved in the shooting.
