COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Marietta police reminded drivers to slow down in rainy weather after an accident closed part of the interstate early Sunday.

Police said just after midnight, a Georgia Power bucket truck and several vehicles were involved in a crash on I-75 SB at South Marietta Parkway.
No injuries were reported from the accident.

Authorities told drivers to expect delays on I-75 SB between South Marietta Parkway and Delk as crews work to clear the road.
If you plan to drive in rainy conditions, slow down, turn on your lights and wipers and avoid staying in other vehicle’s blind spots.
