COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Police say a woman gave drunk drivers who never set foot in the classroom credit for taking their court-ordered DUI courses.

An arrest warrant says Byhlia Holliday, a former employee of A-Abacus DUI school in Marietta, gave multiple drivers credit for passing and paying the required fees for classes, when there is evidence they did neither.

She is charged with more than two dozen felonies in two warrants for computer theft and forgery.

Drivers were upset to learn that other drivers might be back on the road despite not getting the mandatory classwork following a DUI or other traffic offense.

“If they didn’t take it, they need to go to jail,” one driver said.
