KENNESAW, Ga. — A former city of Kennesaw employee is accused of impersonating a police officer and threatening to shoot two Subway restaurant employees over his lunch order.

Channel 2 Action News obtained the arrest warrants for Eric McMillian, who police said got upset when employees charged him for extra cheese on his sub.

Channel 2's Chris Jose spoke with Kennesaw Mayor Derek Easterling, who was shocked to hear about his former employee's alleged actions.

"He misrepresented his position. He misrepresented who he was as a person. That bothers me at a different level, not just as major, but as a citizen," Easterling told Jose.
