COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Anna Benson, who is on probation after pleading guilty to attacking her ex-husband, was arrested on charges of trespassing, loitering and theft, Channel 2 Action News has learned.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by Channel 2's Tom Regan, the charges stem from an April 16 incident, in which Benson allegedly trespassed at a home in Mableton and stole mail.
Benson, currently in jail, was scheduled to appear at a probation revocation hearing in Cobb Superior Court in Marietta Wednesday.
She did not show up in court.
A representative for the district attorney said the judge signed a consent decree, allowing Benson to apply to mental health court.

In 2013, police say Benson entered the home of her estranged husband Kris Benson, a former professional baseball player, wearing a bullet proof vest and was armed with a knife and police-issued baton.
Authorities say she smashed a computer and demanded $30,000.
Benton later plead guilty, spent four months in jail and was sentenced to 15 years of probation.
Benson is a former adult nightclub dancer and actress in the VH-1 reality show “Baseball Wives.”
She and her former husband have three children together.
