COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Police say they have found the man that was caught on surveillance video shooting a gun into the front door of a Marietta home.
Investigators said Tevin McDonald, 29, of Smyrna, was taken into custody Friday morning.
The latest incident happened earlier this week along Manning Road.
Surveillance video shows a man, whom police say is McDonald, running up to a house, pulling a gun out of his pocket, firing three shots at the home’s front door and then jogging back to his car.

Police said this was the third time that this has happened.
Investigators said they have been following up on leads from the public and that was what led to McDonald’s arrest.
“The clues led investigators to McDonald, and a search warrant for his vehicle and residence was secured,” Marietta police said in a news release. “We are pleased to report that while serving the search warrants, the weapon believed to have been used in multiple incidents was located.”
Police said McDonald is facing numerous aggravated assault and weapons charges to the shootings.
