MARIETTA, Ga. — Marietta police said a woman is in jail facing charges of felony murder and felony aggravated assault in a Thursday morning shooting at an area motel.

Police said 23-year-old Crystal Noemi Dominguez of Atlanta was taken into custody Thursday night with the help of Atlanta’s Police Department.
They said Dominguez shot and killed 38-year-old Quinton Mosley at a Motel 6 on Delk Road. Mosley was found lying on the walkway of the hotel, partially inside a room with a serious gunshot injury just after 8 a.m. Thursday.
Mosley was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital where he later died.

Dominguez was booked into the Cobb County Jail late Thursday night where she is being held without bond.
