COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County police have identified a man they was shot and killed outside a RaceTrac gas station on Saturday.
Police said they responded to reports of a person shot in a car on Austell Road at Elmwood Drive around 3 p.m. Officers said the driver crashed in front of the gas station after being shot.

Police said Sunday that when officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had been shot multiple times.
The driver, Brian Lamar Sclafford-Clemons, 37, was taken to the hospital in critical condition. He later died.
An 8-year-old child in the back seat of the car was not shot, but received minor injuries from debris.
Police have not released any information about potential suspects or a motive.
