ACWORTH, Ga. — Police say one man was shot after someone opened fire at an Acworth gas station Sunday.
Channel 2's Michael Seiden was at the Chevron on Baker Road where the man was rushed to the hospital. He is in stable but serious condition and expected to survive.
Seiden spoke to Captain Mark Cheatham with the Acworth police, who said investigators belive many people, including the gunman, targeting the victim inside the car.
Witnesses said the car with at least two people inside sped away from the scene. Police stopped the car in Kennesaw.
“Kennesaw police stopped a vehicle that matched the description from what a witness told us that fled the scene with two individuals in it," Cheatham said. "Those subjects are being interviewed at the police department."

It's unclear how the third suspect was involved. A fourth suspect is still on the run, Cheatham said.
"Fortunately, this is a high traffic area, so we're looking for someone who may have heard something or seen something could help solve the crime," Cheatham said.
Seiden also spoke to a witness, Tony Sweat, who saw the whole thing happen.
"All of a sudden, I hear 'Boom!' and I see the guy like let the guy go, and then he walks up like he's hiding a gun," Sweat said.
Sweat said he saw the gunman get into the car with at least three other people inside.
Detectives said they are reviewing surveillance footage at the gas station to learn more.
This is the second shooting at a metro Atlanta-area gas station Sunday.
Early Sunday morning, police said someone in a Mercedes was getting gas when a robber came up to the car. The driver shot and killed the suspect.
Police are still searching for the getaway driver in that shooting.
