ATLANTA — The Atlanta Braves are swinging for the stars with their new campaign to send players to the 2022 All-Star Game in Los Angeles.
Voting for the ASG officially opened Wednesday and the Braves unveiled custom-made, Hollywood-themed movie posters and trailers.

Each one of the posters were created with the players’ skills, hobbies and nicknames in mind.
Matt Olson’s poster features the theme of homecoming as the Gwinnett County native is playing in his first season for the hometown team.
Dansby Swanson and Ozzie Albies star in “Turn 2″ with the duo’s knack for turning a double play and flashy catches. Austin Riley’s passion for hunting is clear with “The Bowman” movie selection for star third baseman.
The posters also have reviews from Braves reporters and broadcasters.

The eight posters will also be handed out at games this weekend against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The posters are available only for the first 5,000 fans through the gates.
Fans may also spot the posters and trailers in an actual movie theaters in Atlanta and other parts of Braves country.
The first round of voting is open until June 30 before the final round starts in July.
