SNELLVILLE, Ga. — A Georgia community is working to raise money for funeral arrangements for a 22-year-old man who died of COVID-19.
Jacob Kurasaka worked in the produce department at an Ingles in Snellville.
He died of COVID-19 on Sept. 25.
“I can’t make sense of this situation,” his uncle, Woody Harris, wrote on Facebook. “I am at a loss for words. I am posting because I don’t know what else to do. I am asking that everyone be careful, take precautions, get the vaccine, mask up. Do whatever you can to take care of yourselves and each other.”
