COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — Police have given the all clear at a Coweta County high school following a bomb threat.
A Coweta County School System spokesperson says the district received a threat against Northgate High School in Newnan around 10:20 a.m. Wednesday.
The school was placed in code yellow and evacuated. Staff and students were moved to a safe location.
Students returned to the school around 12:30 p.m.
Police at the scene said they found nothing.
Authorities are still investigating.
