DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Detention officer Keontey Damond Brown, 23, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with violation of oath of office, going inside guard lines, and sexual contact by employee or agent in the first degree.
All of these charges are felonies.
Brown was booked into the DeKalb County jail.
According to the arrest warrants, Brown allegedly brought contraband to an inmate and then engaged in verbal and physical sexual contact with an inmate, allegedly while he was working as a detention officer.
Brown is no longer employed with the sheriff’s office at this time.
