The shooting happened off Rockbridge Road, near Blackmon Road in the Lithonia area around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
“All I heard was siren after siren after siren,” neighbor Yolanda Stoynov said.
According to witnesses, multiple shots were fired outside the home.

“There were cops everywhere,” another neighbor said, asking not to be identified. “I called the owner to just figure out if he was OK and he was like, ‘Yeah, there was an incident at the house.’”
Witnesses told Channel 2′s Elizabeth Rawlins that this was not a drive-by shooting, but they believe the shooter was attending a private party at the home.
“In order to have a drive-by shooting you’ve got to be able to drive by somewhere. These are estates on a secondary road,” the neighbor said.

It’s unclear what led up to the shooting or who pulled the trigger, but a 17-year-old girl and 22-year-old man were taken to a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds.
“I’ve been in this neighborhood for two years. There’s never been any problems over here,” Stoynov said.
Detectives have not released details on any possible suspects or motives.
