LITHONIA, Ga. — A house fire in DeKalb County has displaced six adults, according to fire officials.
Capt. Jaeson Daniels of DeKalb County Fire and Rescue says their department responded to fire at a home at 7171 Swift Street in Lithonia just before 9 p.m.
No one was injured in the fire, however, six people were displaced and will be assisted with housing by the American Red Cross.

Cause of the fire is currently unknown.
The fire reportedly started in a room in the home and contents inside of the room caught fire and began to extend into the rest of the home.
