DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — All lanes of Interstate 285 northbound near Interstate 20 in DeKalb County have reopened after a crash caused a closure for nearly 5 hours.
The Georgia Department of Transportation dispatch confirmed that a stalled vehicle on the left shoulder was struck by another vehicle after 11 pm Sunday.
The crash scene was cleared shortly after 4 a.m. Monday and traffic started to flow again.
