DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Some $550 million is up for grabs Wednesday night as people across the country and here in Georgia rush to their local convenience store to buy what they hope is a winning Powerball ticket.
This comes just one night after no one won the Mega Millions jackpot, which has since been raised to $750 million.
Here are Wednesday’s winning numbers: 49-4-23-25-19 and the Powerball is 14.
Reid Edelstein said he already knows how he’ll spend the cash if he wins Wednesday’s massive jackpot.
You can watch EVERY Powerball and Mega Millions drawing LIVE on Channel 2! Powerball drawings are on Wednesday and Saturday. Mega Millions drawings are on Tuesday and Friday.
“Something fun, outdoorsy. I’ll probably buy a boat,” he told Channel 2′s Audrey Washington.

The big question on many people’s minds if they were to win: do you take the lump sum or an annuity?
The lump sum from Wednesday’s jackpot is $411.4 Million. The annuity option allows the jackpot to be paid out across 30 years.
“I may do where they pay you every year because I’m young and I don’t want as much taken out in taxes,” said lotto player Sam Berg.
The largest Powerball jackpot ever was in Jan. 13, 2016, in which three winning tickets were sold: one in Tennessee, one in Florida and one in California.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338.
