Two men arrested after drug deal turns into shootout outside DeKalb County Walmart

ATLANTA — Police have arrested two men in a drug deal turned into a shootout outside the Walmart on Gresham Rd. SE.

DeKalb County police say Exzavior Mosley and Darius Daniels were involved in a narcotics deal in the parking lot outside the Walmart when a fight broke out and they began firing shots at one another.

Both men were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Mosely was charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

Daniels is being charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault with a gun.

Both were taken to the DeKalb County Jail after being discharged from the hospital.
