DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police have arrested a man on murder charges after they say he shot into a home, killing an elderly woman.

Quaveous Antwon Smith, 33, was arrested in DeKalb County on Oct. 19 for the murder of Mary Clark, 67.

Police said Smith got into an argument with a member of Clark’s family and shot up her home. Clark was inside and hit by a stray bullet.

Smith was taken to the DeKalb County jail where he is being held without bond.
