DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb police said while many residents were enjoying the cold weather inside, a suspect made the wrong choice by committing a crime.

On Saturday, DKPD was called to a burglary at 5047 Minola Drive. The address appears to be No Limit Catalytics.
Police said they spotted a man loading a U-Haul truck with aluminum items from the business. Officers found the truck and detained the driver.
According to DKPD, they found 60 wheel rims with fresh snow inside the U-Haul truck.

Officers believe the same suspect possibly committed a burglary at the same business before.
The suspect, whose age and identity were not released, was later booked into the DeKalb County Jail.
“Our team is always ready—rain, shine, or snow,” DKPD said.
