DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A SWAT standoff in DeKalb County ended without an arrest Friday night.
Channel 2's Steve Gehlbach reported that a man was believed to be barricaded inside a home in the Circle Stone neighborhood.
According to police, a 19-year-old woman was walking down the street around noon when she was approached by her 37-year-old ex-boyfriend.
Police say the man was armed with a gun, and the two got into a scuffle over her cellphone.
The woman ran to a neighbor’s house, and they called police.

Police say the man ran into another home, and was barricaded inside.
Around 6:30 p.m., authorities determined the scene was clear and the man was not in the home. No arrests have been made.
