DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police told Channel 2 Action News that two teens were shot and one was killed in Stone Mountain on Thursday evening.
The shooting happened around 7 p.m. near the 300 block of South Stone Mountain Lithonia Road, police say.

Investigators believe 17-year-old Jeremiah Eubanks, was walking toward the Shell gas station when shots were fired from a car driving by. Eubanks died on the scene.
Authorities also said that another teen, identified as 19-year-old Kelson Cody, was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. It is unclear how he was involved in the shooting.

No details about the car or a possible suspect have been released.
