DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — Douglas County deputies say they welcome donations from local drug dealers.

That was the tongue-in-cheek message from investigators who confiscated a stash of narcotics, guns and cash on Thursday.
Deputies say the drugs will be destroyed, guns will be sold, and the money will be put into the department’s account.
The sheriff’s office says it will use the proceeds to get new equipment and add new programs to benefit law-abiding citizens.
