LOS ANGELES — Georgia’s own Megan Danielle is one step closer to becoming the next American Idol. The Douglasville-native made it to the competition’s top five during Sunday’s episode on Channel 2.
Danielle performed Alanis Morissette’s “Head Over Feet” for the singer-songwriter who was a special guest judge with Ed Sheeran.
“Really soulful and expressing that ambivalence. I’m used to being hard on myself and yet here’s this person across from me loving me so well, expressing that very authentically, God bless you,” Morissette told the 20-year-old singer.
