MACON, Ga. — A Tractor Supply employee has died after an accident at one of the company’s distribution centers in Georgia.
WGXA-TV reports that co-workers found David Butler dead Thursday around 9:30 a.m. at the center located off Interstate-75 exit in Macon.

Bibb County coroner Leon Jones told the Macon Telegraph that Butler was trapped between a gun safe and forklift.
“The gentleman was moving the gun safe with the forklift, got off the forklift, looked like he was trying to adjust the safe. It fell and pinned him,” Jones told the newspaper.

WGXA-TV received the following statement from Tractor Supply:
