FBI now searching for Georgia mother of 3 missing since August

MERIWETHER COUNTY, Ga. — The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help to find a missing mother of three from Meriwether County.

Olivia Samantha Fowler was last seen on August 13, 2021 walking along Pebblebrook Road outside of Manchester.

She was wearing a tie-dye shirt, shorts and flip-flops. Investigators say she left all of her personal belongings behind.

Fowler is described as five feet two inches tall and 103 pounds with green eyes and blonde hair. She has a tattoo on her right arm that reads ‘I love you.’

Fowler has ties to Meriwether, Harris, Talbot and Upson counties.
