FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A boil water advisory has been issued for parts of Forsyth County while crews repair a water main on Wednesday morning.
The Forsyth County government put out the alert on Tuesday night saying that a water main on Holtzclaw Road had been damaged.

The advisory is in effect for people on Holtzclaw Road between Pilgrim Mill Road and Holtzclaw Drive, as well as Chattahoochee Road between Holtzclaw Road and Stone Creek Circle.
The county says this includes Chattahoochee Elementary School and Fire Station 5.

They say water is slowly being restored, but did not say when it is expected to be back to normal.
Once water service is fully restored, the county says the boil water advisory will remain in effect for 48 hours.
