Forsyth County Sheriff’s Deputies say 49-year-old Brian Crook of Piedmont, SC was cleaning the pump truck after pumping concrete for a house that was under construction in the Hickory Lakeside subdivision off Pilgrim Mill Rd..
They said Mr. Crook had a barrel with water on the edge of the road to help clean the piping on the pump truck. Investigators say at some point during the cleaning process, an air pocket formed in the truck’s piping pushed out enough air to send Crook onto the road.
