SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — South Fulton police are investigating a crash that killed two people late Wednesday night.
Authorities told Channel 2′s Darryn Moore that around 11:09 p.m., officers received reports of a car crash on Fairburn Road SW.

Police confirmed that two people died as a result of the crash. Their identities have not been released, as well as what their roles were in the crash.
According to investigators, the car sped around a MARTA bus before crashing. However, it is unclear if that caused the car to crash.

In addition to the crash investigation, police said a car sped through the scene, resulting in the driver being charged with a DUI. Their identity has not been released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
