FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Of the 19 people indicted for allegedly trying to interfere with Georgia’s 2020 presidential election, only one did not negotiate bond before surrendering to the Fulton County Jail.

Harrison Floyd was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday afternoon.

Channel 2 Action News has obtained copies of consent orders that lay out bond terms for each defendant except Floyd.

Because Floyd did not negotiate his bond before surrendering, he will have to remain in the Fulton County Jail until he has a bond hearing.

There is no word on why Floyd did not receive a bond like the other defendants.

As of Thursday afternoon, 11 of the defendants have turned themselves in at the jail, including former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and former New York City mayor and attorney for former Pres. Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani.
